This holiday home is an ideal spot for many activities like cycling and walking in the near nature resort.The public swimming pool and a tennis court are just 100 m down the road. In this area there are many possibilities to do mountain walks. Walk, or take the cable car from the village up to the top of Hochfelln Mountain. (Hochfellnseilbahn) On a clear day you can enjoy a spectacular view over the Alps and the Chiemgau region with lake Chiemsee. Only a 10 minute drive and you are at lake Chiemsee where you can visit one of King Ludwig´s castels. Schloss Herrenchiemsee.This region also offers activities such as hiking, bird watching, golf, mini golf, traditional festivals, museums, wellness (Wellness Waging), skiing,sledding, Paragliding, moutain biking, fishing, and Christmas markets in December. You can also take the train to the Oktoberfest in Munich or the famous city of Salzburg. Don’t forget to visit a traditional beergarden, restaurant or pub in this region.

Lake Chiemsee has to offer many different acitvities like swimming, surfing, sailing and diving. There are quite nice playgrounds around the lake. A walking and cycling path takes you around the lake. An access is also easy for people with walking difficulies. You can take a boat to the islands and visit one of king Ludwigs castels or relax at a beachbar with campfire while you enjoy the sunset.
